AI-Powered Megafactory Vision Unveiled

Looking toward 2036, Chime Biologics unveiled its vision for a next-generation AI-powered Megafactory featuring over 100 × 2000L bioreactor capacity.

Planned to become the single largest commercial biologics manufacturing facility in China, the Megafactory will integrate intelligent manufacturing systems, AI-enabled CMC platforms, and highly efficient supply chain ecosystems (Chime Innovation Alliance) to deliver both quality and cost leadership for global biologics programs.

Global Dual-Source Strategy Announced with Rezon Bio

To further strengthen global manufacturing resilience, Chime Biologics officially announced its collaboration with Poland-based biologics CDMO Rezon Bio as part of its Global Dual-Source Strategy.

The initiative is designed to combine China’s manufacturing efficiency with resilient global supply capabilities, helping clients mitigate geopolitical risks, tariff uncertainties, and evolving regulatory requirements while ensuring long-term supply continuity.
